I'm Khatuna Sandroshvili, mother of two, educator by background, development worker for the past 15 years, of which over 10 have been in the field of governance, most recently working on the innovative approaches.


My main areas of expertise:

1.     User-centered public service design

2.     Youth and citizen participation

3.     Innovation in evidence-based assessment

My current work evolves around the issues of increased citizen participation in public service and policy design; new systems of data collection and analysis for probing deeper into development challenges, and impact assessment.


Some recent achievements

2015   Facilitated development of emergency services for and with people with disablities with national 112 emergency services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.

2014   Joined the regional knowledge and innovation team to work on cross-regional projects in Armenia, Georgia and Egypt. This was a follow-up to post-2015 consultations to reach out to local change-makers, and establish new partnerships for co-designing solutions to local development challenges.

2013   Managed nationwide post 2015 Consultations in Georgia reaching out to over 10,000 people via online and text message voting, nation-wide surveys and focus group discussions.
