I'm Anca Stoica and I provide technical support to the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Official Development Assistance (ODA) programme planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and the day-to-day management of the UNDP –Romania ODA Cooperation Partnership.

Together with my team, I am responsible for the implementation of the New ODA Cooperation Partnership with Romania, providing overall technical support to the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the development assistance project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Moreover, I provide partnership and project development services in view of supporting Romania’s South-South cooperation efforts and its contribution to the global development cooperation scene.
Some recent achievements
2013-2014 Managed and strengthened critical partnerships with national stakeholders (Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Permanent Electoral Authority; Ministry of Justice; National Integrity Agency) resulting in the development of triangular cooperation initiatives and high level visibility events for Romania as a donor of development assistance.
2012 - 2013 Managed the formulation and negotiation of the New ODA Cooperation Partnership with Romania (2013-2015), signed in May 2013.
By 2013, I have served as Programme Associate/manager a.i. for the Democratic Governance Portfolio in UNDP Romania, with 6 years of experience in project and programme development and implementation.
