New policy solutions

New realities require new ways of working. We offer a range of policy and service design projects, and demonstrate the value of new techniques.

For instance, we are:

  • Designing innovation teams within the Georgian government, setting up a new interface between citizens and policy-making;
  • Applying social network analyses to increase small and medium enterprise competitiveness and identifying policy solutions from the margins of society in Montenegro and Armenia;
  • Assessing behaviors to improve adherence to treatment among TB patients and addressing the issue of informal settlements in Moldova;
  • Using gaming for reconciliation, youth unemployment, tourism and pollution control in Cyprus and Kyrgyzstan;
  • Looking into big and open data for transparency, disaster risk reduction, the informal economy in Kosovo* and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia;
  • Exploring crowdfunding and challenge prizes to tackle energy and climate issues in Croatia.
