The aim of this survey is to offer empirically-based facts on the overall presence and impact of Small Arms and Light Weapons (SALW) in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
It estimates the corresponding potential for their presence to a destabilising affect on the peaceful and secure environment in the country.
At the same time, the results can be used as an indicator for future activities and actions on SALW control and as a comprehensive source of data related to this issue.
