Regional Roma Survey 2017 technical report documents the methodological approaches used, fieldwork and lessons learned during the quantitative data collection on socio-economic position of marginalised Roma in Western Balkans in 2017. 

The technical report includes chapters on developing of the survey (project goals and timeline, project partners and their role, project stakeholders); questionnaire development (overview of the modules, questionnaire structure, comparability needs, revisions, translation, CAPI construction, etc.), interviewer selection and training, sampling, survey piloting, fieldwork (fieldwork dates and progress per country; interview length, fieldwork outcomes, fieldwork control, data processing and cleaning) and lessons learned from data collection exercise.

Survey questionnaires (in English and local languages) and datasets (for each country/territory) are provided as annexes.
